ABSTRACT

Computer has tremendously penetrated into every field of life.  It makes work flow very easy.  Interesting and result oriented.  Bill of material is not left out.

This project work researched into the area of billing of material as it concerns the Nigerian Breweries Plc it looked into the activities involved in looking and purchases of end-products by customers and the conveyance of such product to their destination by the responsible state.  The problems currently eroding.  The existing system were detected and analyzed; possible solutions were proffered in the new computerized design.

The new computerized design is very comprehensive and on-line.  It maintain adequate records of the breweries distributors, their account status and nature of lifting and products (malt, beer, minerals) it automatically handles booking of specified quantity and generates prompt result on the ball of material statistics of such customers.  The new system is friendly, easy to use, accurate in report generation and very versatile.
