ABSTRACT

The human race is dynamic so it believes and encourages change and development. The need for his change leads to the process of reviewing and modifying the existing system to bring about greater productivity, because of the expected better information system. The process of system analysis involve the analysis of existing system to ascertain what the problem are and how to highlight the proper areas against which the new system will be compared to show that the inherent problems have been taken care of, in the medical field. Base on this research investigation it has been identified that a good number of patients die for lack of proper medical lab test. (diagnosis) before doctors commences the administration of treatments. The current system (manual) used by hospital has major set-back which has to do with  lack of proper database management in the laboratory unit such as information obtain when carrying-out the diagnoses of patients ailments. The objective of the new system shall be to create a computerized diagnoses system to aid in the management of patient’s personal data obtains from diagnoses process.
