ABSTRACT
The Automatic pump control with water-level monitor and digital display is an electrical system constructed for convenient and adequate control of water into overhead tanks (OHT). The device switches “ON” automatically when the water level falls below a certain level and automatically switches “OF” when help tank is filled up. This control function is however through the help of the widely available CD4066, bilateral switches CMOS IC to indicate the water level through the 7 segments display unit. The design ensures a reliable and efficient means of water control, a practical conservation of water and a high speed operation with the help of the electrical motor. It eliminates problems of water overflow by application in both domestic and industrial settings.
