This is project was developed using laravel framwork. the main aim of the project is to build a complaint system for student is a university to submit all thier complains with the need to start writing latters that will take longer time to be reviewed or attended to.
The system allows every student send thier complains and they will be able to track the response made from the administrator regarding the complain.
