This method brings about wasting of time and human energy. It is quit observed that manual method have so many weakness and include long queue during registration and can result to chaos and even loss of virtual record of particular enquiry when needed These weakness and problems has announced to my mind to introduce an online application system in order to overcome the above problem and weaknesses and even some that are not mentioned. Now a new system program will be designed in order to eliminate this problem and weaknesses with a web base application using PHP, CSS,SQL and HTML.
